I am an imperfect person on this journey of life, just like anyone reading this.

This work has changed the way I move through my life. Not because I no longer struggle, react, doubt myself, or meet old patterns — but because I have more tools, more awareness, and a deeper relationship with myself when those moments arise.

It has helped me soften the way I speak to myself, honour my needs more often, make choices that feel more aligned, and invite more richness into my life — more presence, honesty, connection, courage, and capacity to receive the beauty that is already here.

Life will keep asking us to grow, adapt, release, and begin again. But the way we meet those invitations can become more grounded, compassionate, and steady.

Private 1:1 coaching for those who are ready to move beyond simply understanding their patterns and begin creating real, embodied change.

Together, we slow down what feels heavy, confusing, or repetitive and explore the beliefs, emotions, protective habits, and nervous system responses beneath the surface. Sessions may include reflective conversation, gentle self-inquiry, somatic awareness, nervous system tools, values exploration, and practical next steps to support integration in everyday life.

You will never be asked to share anything before you feel ready. This work moves at the pace of trust, safety, and self-compassion.

This work is an investment in the relationship you have with yourself — the one that shapes your boundaries, relationships, choices, emotional capacity, and sense of inner safety.

  • A 90-minute session for when something feels heavy, confusing, repetitive, or ready to be explored with more care. Together, we’ll slow down what’s showing up, look beneath the surface, and identify supportive reflections, tools, and next steps.

  • A 10-session package for those who want steady, spacious support as they deepen their relationship with themselves and begin creating meaningful change from the inside out. Sessions take place every other week, allowing time for reflection, practice, and integration between sessions.

    We reassess after each investment period as your needs along your journey can change.

  • For those who want the same steady support as the Integration Package, with additional access between sessions. This may be supportive if you’re moving through a tender season, practicing new patterns in real time, or would benefit from a grounded place to return to between sessions.

  • A 12-session package for those who want a more consistent weekly rhythm of support during an active season of growth, transition, or change. This container allows us to stay closer to what is unfolding in real time while continuing to build self-awareness, emotional capacity, and aligned action.

  • For those who want a more focused season of weekly support, with additional access between sessions. This package offers a steadier rhythm while still honouring your pace, your capacity, and what feels safe to explore.

  • A yearlong coaching container for those who are ready to be supported through a longer arc of growth, integration, and self-return. With sessions every other week, this offering creates space to move slowly and deeply, noticing patterns as they arise across different seasons of life and building a more compassionate, honest, and grounded relationship with yourself over time.

  • A yearlong coaching container for those who want a deeper and more consistent level of support throughout the year. With weekly sessions, this offering creates regular space to explore what is arising in your life, relationships, emotions, choices, and patterns while supporting meaningful growth, rebuilding, self-discovery, and integration over time.

  • A transition-focused package for those moving through a big life shift and wanting focused support, gentle structure, and a place to return to each day.

  • For local clients who feel supported by movement, fresh air, and the grounding presence of nature, sessions can be taken outdoors from late May to October. Walking side by side can sometimes make reflection feel more spacious and natural.

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. While our work may include reflecting on the past, it is in service of understanding your present patterns, reconnecting with yourself, and creating a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and true to you.
